IGF 2022 High-Level Track

Ihita Gangavarapu is a cybersecurity engineer who advocates for youth empowerment in internet governance. She is passionate about emerging technologies and addressing the challenges they bring, including digital inclusion. She coordinates India YIGF, recognized by UN IGF, which has empowered over 3,500 young people across India. As a board member of ITU Generation Connect Visionaries, she provides strategic guidance to ITU on engaging youth in ICT and promoting global digital cooperation. Ihita also contributes to IoT and cybersecurity standardization, combining technical expertise with a vision for equitable digital spaces.
